1.Composition
    The packaging line,which adopts central integrated control technology,adjusts the allocation according to material feeding speed and quantity.The line is composed arrangement emchanism,distribution mechanism,clear-up mechanism,positioning feeding mechanism,packaging system,emergent buffer and stacking area,general control system,Arrangement mechanism allocates flexible material,clear-up material;distribution mechanism allocates material to each pre-set work station; clear-up mechanism arranges and line up material;positioning feeding mechanism feeds material according to packaging speed;emergent buffer and stacking area is stored un-packaging product through the general control command.Then when the line can meet the packaging speed,product is re-distributed and packaged by the circulatory system,which ensures the packaging line can meet the uninterrupted production demand.
    The number(2-8 sets)of workstations is determined based on output of the production line and packaging speed of the machine.
    There are two distribution mechanisms.One is sinking belt distribution mechanism,the other is distributing plate distribution mechanism.Sinking distribution mechanism distributes the products to the pre-set workstation through up and down movement of the belt.Distributing plate mechanism distributes the products to the pre-set workstation through the groups of plates.

2.Applications
    Widely used in swiss roll,cake,saqima,french bread,chocolate,or various kinds of coating painted and linked products,also applies to similar characteristics of daily necessities such as washing soap,huse soap.
